Did You Know: We distill all our essential oil and hydrosol the old-fashioned way—by hand, using our gleaming copper still. The process is as magical as it is time-tested:

First, our fresh-cut lavender is gently steamed in the tall column, with the water boiled in the bottom cauldron.

Second, as the steam rises, it carries the plant’s fragrant oils with it and other healthy compounds. That steam is cooled and separated into two treasures—pure essential oil and soothing lavender hydrosol.

We learned the art from one of the oldest lavender farms in Provence, and every drop in our products is a little piece of that tradition, lovingly bottled right here on the farm. And the copper isn’t just for show: It actually removes impurities.
