Flat $8, every order, anywhere in the United States. However big the box, however heavy the bottles. There is no free-shipping threshold with fine print attached — we put real gifts in larger orders instead.
Orders leave the farm in Sequim, Washington within 3–5 business days, packed by hand between farm chores. You will get an email with tracking the moment yours goes out. Transit time on top of that is whatever the carrier takes, usually two to five days within the continental US.
We ship within the United States only at the moment. If you are outside the US and want something badly enough, email us and we will tell you honestly what it would cost.
Instead of discounting shipping we add things to the box. The thresholds are calculated on the product subtotal, before any discount code and before shipping:
They stack, so a $210 order arrives with three sachets, a hand lotion and a tote in it, all at $0. This is worked out at checkout, not by us remembering.
If something turns up broken, wrong, or simply not what you hoped for, email info@lit-lavender.com with a photo and tell us which you would rather have: a replacement or a refund. That is the whole process. There is no form, no ticket number, no restocking fee, and you will hear back from Joe or Susie rather than a help desk.
We would rather you asked than sat there disappointed, so the window is 30 days from delivery and we are not strict about it. Consumable products that have been opened and used are the one thing we cannot take back for resale — but if an opened bottle is genuinely wrong, tell us anyway and we will sort it out.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within a few business days of us confirming.
Checkout runs on Stripe. Card details go straight from your browser to Stripe and never touch our servers, which is both safer for you and considerably less to worry about for us.
